• Each team will receive a certificate at the end of the challenge on completion, as well as a T shirt.

• The winning team will receive gold medals as well as a floating trophy that you will keep till the end of following challenge.  

• Other prizes are still being finalised by companies that are sponsoring. 

• The winning team will also receive 5 free personal training sessions as well as 3 days of free lunches from Eat Right
