FITNESS TESTS 

 

  • 500 sprint relay

  • 2.5km time trial on the track

  • Cone repetitive sprints 20m apart for 100m

  • Continuous lunges 150m

  • Time taken to do 20 Stairs

  • Squats with Dbs- as many as you can do in 1 minute

  • Max amount of push ups done in 1 min

  • Max amount of sit ups done in 1 minute

  • The longest time being able to hold one self up in a plank pose

  • As many pull ups in one go 

  • The time taken to do 5 Sand dunes    

  • Fun Runs- 5km - 10km- 21km (Optional)                                                                  

  • You might think that these exercises can’t be done ! But that is only your mind telling you that you can’t do it.} I will show you that every one of these exercises is possible no matter how unfit you may be. I will also show you how to improve on every exercise.                                                        

 

Extra points can also be gained by taking part in the organised fun runs coming up. To gain the points you must finish the raice and and show proof of time that will be displayed in the news paper.
